These sterile surgical gloves are manufactured through a specialized molding process using natural and lead-infused rubber solutions. Multiple layers of leaded rubber are applied to achieve specific radiation protection values while maintaining exceptional flexibility and tactile sensitivity. The interior surface features pure natural rubber to prevent direct contact between the skin and lead components.
Available in three protection levels: Light Type (0.07mm Pb) for procedures requiring maximum sensitivity like angiography and hematology; Medium Type (0.09mm Pb) for standard surgical applications including urology and cardiology; and Heavy Type (0.12mm Pb) for high-exposure environments such as traumatology and nuclear medicine. All gloves are washed, dried, and packaged under controlled sterile conditions.
